Yes, they need a lot of protection because any normal male/man instinctively wants to beat them up ( at the very least). It is the unnaturalness of the whole queer thing. People who don't have a problem with the whole queer thing are the problem, pandering to this mental disorder. I believe because America does not want the Lord Jesus Christ (esp. the government ) that they are now turning to their true saviors: ISLAM / SODOM & GOMORRAH.

ARE WE AT THE END OF THE WORLD

Personally I don't see a pre-trib. rapture. The verses many think is the rapture has no actual timing as to when it is to occur, except when you consider the last trump of 1Cor.15:52. 
Also it is not a rapture, but a resurrection/rapture. All throughout scripture the resurrection is on the last day. Mathew 24 states clearly that it happens Immediately after the tribulation.              This lying devil is behind all the death, suffering in the world. He hates you with a cruel hatred, His desire is that you murder your children. The devil wants you to suffer in shame and guilt the rest of your life. He will convince you through fear and terror that murdering your child is the only way out. Then after the deed is done he will accuse you before God. This enemy is to strong to fight against.                      For we wrestle not against flesh and blood( humans),but against principalities, ... powers,...rulers of darkness of this world...  spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.  Ephesians 6:12                                          Now's the time to cry out to the Lord Jesus Christ for help.
